Terms & Conditions

• Pieces will be glazed and finished by The Janbo team and ready for collection in approximately 5 weeks.
• The base of the piece will remain unglazed, as per standard kiln practice.
• As pottery involves natural processes, minor variations or rare breakage may occur during drying and firing.
• A curated selection of studio glazes will be available to choose from.
• Pieces can be collected from the studio, or you may arrange pickup via Dunzo / Porter / any delivery partner. Shipping cost is not included.
• Bookings are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled or transferred with prior notice.
